Advanced Flexography for Corrugated (Clemson)

No Course Currently Scheduled

Course Overview:

Companies invest in equipment and processes to gain a market share of enhanced graphics business. While enhanced graphics brings a value added benefit to the customer, lack of formal training on printing these graphics and understanding the language can erode profit margins for the printer.

What You Will Learn:

This course focuses on process color measurement and control for flexographic printing. Attendees will learn how to identify process capabilities, establish aim points and set tolerances for their printing environment. Participants will learn how to use the tools available so they control the process instead of it controlling them.

Who Should Attend:

Quality managers, plant managers, production supervisors & press operators. Participants must have knowledge and experience in flexography, checking quality of print on press, pH and viscosity, and plate mounting.
