WHY AICC TRAINING?

AICC Education and Training sessions offer great benefits for your company. They provide knowledge that helps you stay more competitive by increasing sales, streamlining processes and operations and motivating employees.

In 2010 AICC has a fresh new Education schedule. Watch for additional courses and sessions to be added throughout the year. As you look over the course listings and formulate your personal or company education plan consider the following questions.

If there is an area that isn't covered, or a course or topic you would like AICC to add, give us a call. Working together we'll create a stronger education program and a stronger foundation for the future of education.

As you develop your own personal training plan consider these questions.

How will you develop your skills to meet your performance goals?

Who in your organization can assist you in developing your skills?

What changes do your foresee in your job or career that require new skills?

What areas of training should you consider?

What is your action plan for success after you attend the training?

How do you expect the training to help your company be more profitable?

Also, develop your company’s training plan for the coming year:

Who on the plant floor or in the front office could benefit from training?

What employees can build on their strengths through training?

Does AICC offer training classes to address these areas?

Who should go to the training and by what date?

What should the company expect from the training?

Who will assist the employee to apply the training to improve performance and impact the bottom line?

The more you rely on others within your company to keep you on track with your performance plan and company’s training plan, the greater the likelihood of their success. Share your personal training plan with your supervisor or manager. Make the effort to be successful.
