Matt Eichmann, Founder, Catalyst Point Leadership Advisors
With over 25 years of leadership experience across the military and global industry, Matt Eichmann helps leaders and teams drive real results through practical solutions and people-first leadership. He’s served as a U.S. Marine officer, General Manager in Canada’s plastics industry, and Greif’s first Chief Marketing and Sustainability Officer—also leading investor relations, strategy, and communications.
In 2024, Matt founded Catalyst Point Leadership Advisors to guide emerging leaders through complexity with clarity and authenticity. A Certified Executive Coach (ACC – International Coaching Federation), Matt brings real-world insights and evidence-based coaching to build aligned, high-performing teams.
Matt holds degrees from the U.S. Naval Academy and University of Denver, with executive education from Harvard and Kellogg. He lives in Ohio with his family and enjoys reading, travel, and staying active.
