Structural and graphic designers.
What you’ll learn:
This 2-day program expands upon the topics presented in the first Designers’ Workshop in 2006. This new program further builds the skills of graphics and structural designers in the basics of corrugated design, process printing, prepress, industrial vs. retail concepts, components of structure, trends in design, and more. *Participants are also registered for the Design Lab at the AICC Fall Meeting in Minneapolis, October 11, 2007, where participants build designs in teams using CAD tables on site. To attend the Workshop only, deduct $80 from the registration fee.
Objective:
To strengthen the designers' knowledge in raw materials, testing and production processes and understanding of the reasonable and practical limitations in moving from design to production.
