Offered in partnership with the International Corrugated Packaging Foundation (ICPF), The Glynn Wilson Family, and the Fox Valley Technical College, this course provides an intensive four days of hands-on, skill-building training on the WORKHORSE Industries three-color Flexo Rotary Die Cutter. Specifically designed to enhance employees' knowledge, expertise and performance back at the plant, the course combines hands-on press work in printing and die cutting two- and three-color jobs with interactive classroom analysis and discussion.
Benefit - Gain a thorough, working knowledge of improved flexo printing and rotary die cutting by
- working as a "press crew" in learning "best practices" through hands-on press work
- accelerating the learning curve through interactive analysis by trained faculty
- acquiring new skills to correct "bad habits" to improve operations back at the plant
Who Should Attend New or seasoned flexo operators who want to sharpen their skills; press supervisors; production coordinators; sales people; technicians; designers; and sales service personnel - all will benefit from this intensive, hands-on learning experience.
Agenda Course begins at 8 a.m. on Monday and ends at 4 p.m. on Thursday. Complimentary transportation and a complimentary lunch are provided each day.

Wednesday Die Cutting Process - problems and solutions with time in the classroom and time on press covering a multitude of die cutting/printing issues students face in their everyday work
Thursday 3-Color Press Runs Problem-Solving
