From Opioid addiction to the medical and recreational use of marijuana, employers are faced with many challenges, and questions about conducting substance testing for applicants and employees. Employers are often left wondering who, when, and how they may or may not conduct testing. On top of that, employers have to deal with non-substance testing medical exams such as, fitness for duty, return to work, and others that may have implications under the ADA.
