AICC represents the Independent sector of the packaging industry and serves as the voice that carries the interests and concerns of the Independent to Capitol Hill and our elected officials. AICC's Government Affairs Committee is responsible for monitoring the activities of governmental bodies that relate to the industries which we represent, and recommending and implementing strategies to promote the best interest of our members, their companies and the industries they serve. AICC's Government Affairs Committee proposes reviews and evaluates legislative and regulatory actions that impact the packaging and manufacturing community. The Committee is comprised of AICC Members and Officers with interest and concerns to the impact that government and government policy has on our industries and businesses. AICC's Government Affairs Committee is charged with creating tools, organizing events and forming Association positions to address government policy, laws and regulations that affect the Association, its Members, their businesses and the industries we serve.
