During the 2008 Production Managers Forum we will review processes and procedures that focus on attaining production goals, company goals and assure customer satisfaction. Production managers will learn skills required to maximize machine through-put consistent with good quality while maintaining the integrity of the production schedule. In addition, we will discuss the value of profitable orders vs. easy-to-run orders (we call this developing a company-wide perspective). It is important that every key manager understands his role and how his actions impact the total company.
