Dynamic Leadership is the theme for the upcoming 2013 AICC Mexico Annual Meeting. This year's meeting will feature industry speakers, a plant tour, and a trade fair as well as a multitude of networking opportunities.
The three-day program will offer innovative educational programming that will provide the opportunity to hear from experts on cultivating and developing future leaders that will expand your business, issues relevant to paper, printing and economic trends.
The host city for the 12th AICC Mexico annual meeting is Queretaro. This city is located in the north-central area of Mexico. Its historic downtown was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, because of its historic relevance and the beautiful examples of Baroque architecture.
The International Airport is 22 miles from downtown Queretaro and offers direct flights from Dallas and Houston, Texas as well as all the other major cities in Mexico.
Today Queretaro is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, with its economic base in industries such as chemicals, paper products, and machinery. Querétaro has enjoyed outstanding industrial and economic development in the last 15 years. The AICC Mexico Annual Meeting will take place May 29-31, 2013 at the Holiday Inn Queretaro Centro Historico in Queretaro, Mexico.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to AICC Headquarters or AICC Mexico (AICC, 113 S. West St., Alexandria, VA 22313, USA) faxed to +703-836-2795 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted nor processed. Refunds will be made the same manner as the payment was received (i.e., a check payment will receive a check refund).
Cancellations received in writing on or before May 8, 2013 will receive a full refund of their paid meeting registration and event fees less a $50 processing fee per person registered. Cancellations received in writing between May 9-16, 2013 will receive 50% of their paid meeting registration and event fees per person registered. Cancellations received in writing on or after May 17, 2013 and no-shows will NOT receive a refund of any fees paid.
Meeting Policy: All meeting registration fees, including those for ancillary events, must be paid in full prior to the start of the meeting. Employees or co-workers employed by the same company group DO NOT qualify as guests. There are no separate fees for single attendees nor can registrations be pro-rated by individual days or events. On-site registrations for the meeting and meeting events must be accompanied by full payment or a $75 service charge will be assessed.
