All meeting cancellations must be made in writing and sent to AICC, 113 S. West St., Alexandria, VA 22313, USA, faxed to +703-836-2795 or email: mfrustaci@aiccbox.org. Registrants who cancel on or before April 19, 2010, are entitled to a 50% refund; after April 19, 2010, no refunds will be issues. No-shows will not receive a refund.
