From the early response, ICPF's Holiday Weekend in New York (Dec. 8 - 10, 2017) will be another "sell out", even though it's expanded venue this year will allow up to 55 couples. ICPF reports that over 30 couples have registered to date and encourages others to register as soon as possible to take advantage of the $200 discount on early bird registration that ends June 30.  To acquire a registration form, e-mail registration@icpfbox.org, visit careersincorrugated.org to download a form, or call 703.549.8580.

In its tenth year, the New York event serves as the International Corrugated Packaging Foundation's (ICPF) annual fundraiser where manufacturing and supplier executives, with their spouses or guests, can support ICPF while socializing and enjoying the best of New York City during the holiday season.

This year's participants will begin with a Friday evening reception at the renowned Sardi's, sponsored by Pratt Industries. Sardi's is known for its visiting celebrities and Broadway cast parties. Throughout the years, Sardi's artists have placed the caricatures of these special guests throughout the restaurant.

After free time on Saturday morning for brunches, holiday shopping, sightseeing and museums, participants will attend the Saturday matinee performance of the Broadway hit, The Great Comet of 1812, nominated for a record 12 Tony Awards, including "Best New Musical" (Sponsored by BW Papersystems).  Executives and their spouses or guests later will participate in a Saturday evening reception and dinner at the renowned Le Cirque restaurant. The reception is sponsored by Fosber America.  The dinner is sponsored by Bobst North America.  There also will be the traditional ICPF surprise holiday gift for participants (sponsored by Equipment Finance Corporation and Gerber Innovations).  Serenity Packaging is an additional general sponsor for the weekend.

The Muse New York, a Kimpton boutique hotel in the Theatre District, will serve as ICPF's host hotel again this year. Hotel rooms go quickly during this special time of the season, so executives are encouraged to register and make their hotel reservations through ICPF by June 30 for savings on early bird registration and to guarantee room availability at the special group rate.  The executive suite option especially goes quickly.

Early Bird registration before June 30 is $2,995 per participant (accompanying spouse or guest is included free).  Half of the registration fee is fully tax deductible and supports ICPF’s operations and programs.  Again, register soon by e-mailing registration@icpfbox.org, by visiting careersincorrugated.org to download a form or calling 703.549.8580.  Your support of the corrugated packaging industry's education foundation is appreciated.
