As the CEO of a box manufacturing plant, you face challenges that most others do not comprehend - the pressure to succeed, to make the right decisions and to create a positive future for the company. How many times have you wished you could confide with another, share ideas and receive honest feedback? How do you connect with another CEO for relevant advice?

HOW ARE CEO ADVISORY GROUPS FORMED?
AICC’s member company CEOs or senior executives submit applications to AICC. Applicants are grouped based on certain criteria including geographic location, type of facility, and product mix. Groups are matched to be non-competitive. When AICC assembles a group, each member has the opportunity to review the team and accept or decline participation. Joining an AICC CEO Advisory Group requires your commitment. Once a group is formed, the facilitator contacts the members, and a host is selected for the first meeting. All meetings are professionally facilitated. An active CEO Advisory Group must maintain and utilize an AICC-sanctioned facilitator.
WHO ARE THE FACILITATORS?
AICC’s CEO Advisory Groups were formed as a resource for box manufacturing plant CEOs. Members of an industry specific group focus on real world experience, best practices and the pitfalls to avoid. Connecting with other executives, you can better identify opportunities and see how to improve all aspects of your business. You will discuss changes that can positively impact your bottom line. AICC specifically developed this CEO program to give you and your business a higher level of growth and profitability.
