Course Description:

Welcome to the War Room, where productive team members understand their jobs, know how to measure their work, and work together to improve. In this course, you’ll practice using tools to increase productivity and reduce employee turnover in the War Room of the virtual company Kardboard R Us and on the real host plant floor. 

Participants will work together, with the goal of cutting setup times by 65%. All of the tools in the War Room will be used to ensure lasting success. Real-time learning will include a setup reduction process with a host plant crew.

  • Solving and preventing problems
  • Build buy-in so they act like they own the place

During the seminar, participants prepare an action plan for the application of best practices in their home plants. After the seminar, participants are part of an online meeting to check progress and offer coaching for increased implementation success.
