Maria Frustaci, Director for Latin America at AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, was honored for 20 years of service to the industry at AICC Mexico’s 2018 Annual Meeting in Guadalajara, May 16-18.  She started as a part-time receptionist at AICC’s headquarters in 1998 and quickly expanded her areas of responsibilities to office management and in international outreach, especially to Spanish-speaking regions.  In presenting the plaque, AICC President Steve Young said, “Without Maria’s dedicated work to build AICC Mexico, we would not be having a meeting here in Guadalajara today.”  Young also credited Maria with AICC’s cordial relationships with ACCCSA, the Central and South American Corrugated Association, as well as associations in Argentina, Chile and Spain.
