Invest In Your Employees with the  All Access Pass

This year, AICC will be offering LIVE webinars throughout the year. These webinars are free to attend live, BUT we know not everyone on your team may be able to participate live.

Make sure each of your team members can access all AICC webinar recordings past and future with the All Access Pass. This allows them to learn the latest trends, best practices, and current industry issues on their schedule.

The Pass gives your entire company unlimited access to 100 webinar recordings, with more on the way, and 10 One Point Lessons.

Here's a preview of what your team will learn:

The All Access Pass Gives AICC Members:

  • Flexibility in choosing educational offerings specific to your team
  • Simplicity and accuracy for professional development
  • The best available price for AICC webinar access
  • 24/7 access to all AICC webinars and One Point Lessons
  • Access to some of AICC's best and new speakers, trainers, and content
  • All employees can watch webinars critical to their development, knowing that your company purchased a Pass, giving them full access.

The All Access Pass is $1,500 and is available only to AICC members in good standing.

*AICC virtual conferences, hybrid events, in-person seminars, and conferences are not included in the All Access Pass.

Questions? Contact Taryn Pyle, Director of Education and Leadership Development, at (703) 535-1391 or tpyle@aiccbox.org

How does the All Access Pass work?

After purchasing the All Access Pass your entire company has immediate access to all previous and upcoming webinar recordings on our AICC NOW platform.

What is included?

The All Access Pass gives you access to over 100 webinars and 10 One Point Lessons .

When does the Pass expire?

The All Access Pass is valid from September 2023 - August 2024. You can see upcoming webinars on AICC's Calendar . All your team members can view any webinar at no additional charge.

My organization is an AICC Member, but we did not purchase an All Access Pass. Why should we?

- If you see seven or more webinar topics listed that you or your team members would benefit from, then you should purchase the All Access Pass.
- If you are interested in the One Point Lessons, you would have to purchase them as a group for $1,200.
- If you purchase a webinar recording it is only available to one person and purchasing recordings a la carte will be much more expensive than getting all recordings with the All Access Pass.
- The All Access Pass is a cost-effective way to get it all. If you are interested in a cost-efficient way to plan for your staff's professional development, please contact Taryn Pyle at tpyle@aiccbox.org or (703) 535-1391.

AICC Emerging Leader Q2 2024 C-Suite Leadership Webinar https://www.aiccbox.org/events/eventdetails.aspx?id=1849504 https://www.aiccbox.org/events/eventdetails.aspx?id=1849504 AICC Emerging Leader Q2 2024 C-Suite Leadership Webinar

A Conversation with Gary Brewer | Thursday, May 2, 2024 | 2:00pm ET

This is the second in a series of quarterly conversations with leaders, from inside and outside of our industry to give AICC Emerging Leaders new perspectives and ideas.

Speaker: Gary Brewer, President, Package Crafters, Inc.

Gary Brewer is the owner and president of Package Crafters, Inc., in High Point, North Carolina, and Creative Packaging, Inc., in Savannah, Georgia. Both companies specialize in custom corrugated packaging, point-of-purchase displays, product testing, and fulfillment services. Our mission is to provide our customers with unique corrugated solutions to protect, ship, and display their products.

After getting his degrees in chemical engineering and paper science at North Carolina State University (Go Wolfpack!) in 1992, Gary began his career as a process engineer at a paper mill, St. Joe Forest Products in Port St. Joe, Florida, where they produced over a half million tons of linerboard annually. In 1997, he returned home to North Carolina to join a large independent box plant with two corrugators where he used his mill experience to improve corrugator efficiency and enhance the strength of the corrugated products produced. During that time, Gary completed his MBA at Wake Forest University. Inspired by his last class in entrepreneurship and armed with a well-written business plan, he sold everything he owned, took out a loan, and moved back in with his parents to start his own sheet plant. Package Crafters was founded in 2003 with his father Wayne and four other key people. Start up consisted of a 70,000 square foot building, one rotary die-cutter, one flexo-folder-gluer, a rotary-slotter and no customers. Early on family members often helped late at night to make sure orders were complete and on time. This past summer Package Crafters celebrated 20 years of success with a company-wide picnic and the opportunity to dunk Gary in the dunking booth.

When you can make a success of one business, why not double it for luck? When Gary joined an AICC-sponsored CEO Group in 2014, it led to meeting John McIntosh, then owner Creative Packaging in Savannah. John's readiness to retire led to Gary acquiring Creative Packaging is 2015. Together, the two plants are able to cover the entire Southeast, employing 75 people in 129,000 feet of manufacturing space and producing 160 million square feet per year.

After Gary joined AICC, he quickly jumped into the role of Regional Director for the Southeast. He has also served as director-at-large, chairman of the budget committee, and is currently a member of the executive committee. He credits AICC membership as an incredible resource and a positive impact on the growth of his businesses and is proudly looking forward to becoming Chairman at SuperCorr later this year.

Married to his wife Ginny since 2001, they have three daughters, Merritt (18), Claudia (15), and Holden (13). As his mom says, he got exactly what he deserved. In addition to countless soccer matches and swim meets, they have explored rain forests, climbed a volcano, surfed in Hawaii, ridden horses in the ocean, swam with pigs and sea turtles, and snorkeled wherever they can. Three daughters and two companies keep him busy but over the years he has managed to run a couple marathons, compete in an iron-distance triathlon, play in an adult soccer league and still find time for fishing, turkey hunting, and flying.

This event is only open to AICC Emerging Leaders.

About this Webinar:
Digital printing is a sustainable option for marking and decorating corrugated packaging and displays. To substantiate and quantify, EFI has partnered with Clean Agency to develop a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) that calculates Global Warming Potential (kg CO2e) for digital printing on corrugated and then compares it to other printing technologies.

In this session we will discuss the LCA findings, the methodology used, and how corrugators can leverage EFI’s approach to quantify their Scope 3 emissions for the brands and retailers they serve.

About this Webinar:
As the corrugated industry continues to evolve, many converters are exploring the integration of digital post-print press technologies to meet the growing demand for high-quality, customized packaging solutions. However, this transition comes with its own set of challenges and considerations. In this webinar, we will delve into the practical aspects of integrating a digital post-print press into your corrugated production floor.

Our experienced panel of production managers will share their insights and strategies in the following key areas:

  1. Production Floor Adaptations: What changes were necessary in the production floor layout, workflow, and processes to seamlessly incorporate the digital post-print press? We'll discuss the essential steps required to ensure optimal integration.
  2. Integration with Conversion Steps: Explore how the HP PageWide C550 digital post-print press seamlessly integrates with the subsequent conversion steps, such as die-cutting, folding, and gluing. Learn best practices for maintaining efficiency and quality throughout the entire production process.
  3. Operator Education and Training: Upskilling your workforce is crucial for successful adoption of new technologies. Our panelists will share their experiences and strategies for effectively educating and training operators to work on the digital post-print press, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing productivity.
  4. Color Management: Achieving consistent and accurate color reproduction is a critical aspect of high-quality packaging printing. We'll compare the color-matching process with the HP PageWide C550 digital press and the traditional flexographic printing process and share insights on how achieving consistent and accurate color reproduction is more streamlined with digital presses.
  5. Setup and Changeover Optimization: Efficient setup and changeover processes are essential for maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime. Gain insights into streamlining these procedures for the digital post-print press, minimizing effort and maximizing output.
