If you are considering implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) system or have one you aren’t using effectively to manage your sales pipeline, this informational webinar is for you. This webinar will introduce attendees to the fundamentals of CRM systems as it relates to the sales function; arm them with information on how to introduce, implement, and maintain a CRM system; as well as provide a comparison of three popular CRM systems.

Todd Zielinski is a Partner and the Managing Director/CEO at Athena SWC, LLC, Amherst, NY. As one of the co-founders of Athena, Todd is responsible for the marketing, sales, and management of Athena’s outsourced marketing and sales support offering and consulting services.
Todd was instrumental in the development of Athena’s outsourced business model and has successfully implemented Athena’s RAMP marketing methodology in various business-to-business complex sales environments.
Since Athena’s inception in 2007, Todd has successfully increased year-to-year revenue growth for Athena’s outsourced sales and marketing services division, as well as expanded this line of business across the US manufacturing marketplace.
He has more than 20 years of hands-on sales, lead generation, and lead management, tactical marketing, return on investment models, and management experience in B2B professional services.
All course cancellations must be made in writing and sent to AICC, P.O. Box 25708, Alexandria, VA 22313, or faxed to (703) 836-2795. Registrants who cancel more than three weeks prior to the program date are entitled to a full refund of the registration fee; three weeks or less, but more than one week, a cancellation penalty of 50% of the registration fee will be assessed; less than one week and no shows, no refund. AICC does NOT offer refunds for those who cancel within three weeks of the program date and wish to reschedule their participation to another program or to the same program on a later date. However, substitutions are allowed and strongly encouraged and can be made from the same company for the same course date. If AICC cancels any program, a full refund will be provided. AICC may cancel programs if attendance does not meet required levels. Be sure to phone AICC to confirm a course is being held before making non-refundable airline tickets. Travel fares and hotel deposits cannot be reimbursed.
