Accelerate Your Leadership Growth Through Training, Self-Assessment & 1-1 Coaching
What is a Hybrid Event:
A hybrid
course may include pre-work, homework, workbooks, group work and
activities. The live portion of the course takes place online over
multiple days, generally in the same week, with industry presenters.
After the course is completed there are also follow-up activities, like a
group forum or coaching.
Description:
Being able to lead others well is the defining factor for your personal and company's success. Companies with healthy leaders attract and retain talented people, they communicate, and innovate with speed. Most importantly, in these times, they adapt
quickly. The best leaders are always seeking ways to improve while the worst leaders don’t even see the need. Careers are often advanced due to technical expertise, ignoring a lack of leadership skills. Many recognize the shortfall too late. This
course holds up the Leadership Mirror and gives leaders a clear view of their current skills and any potential gaps in communication, decision-making, and managing change.
Each participant will experience: - Three powerful leadership assessments - Three hours of small-group instruction on how to interpret the feedback - Peer feedback on each assessment with application exercises - A one-hour 1 on 1 action planning session with a certified professional coach - A 30-minute follow-up coaching session for accountability to the action plan
Who Should Attend: - Any Supervisor or Manager that desires to improve & advance - CEO’s, VP’s hungry for the next level of leadership insight - Anyone whose advancement may be limited by their leadership prowess
