FMLA Updates - What’s Old is New Again

Description:

On July 16th, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) published updated FMLA forms and notices. It also issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking feedback on the FMLA’s administrative and use, plus another RFI seeking feedback on paid leave. The Department did not stop there! On July 20th, updated guidance related to FMLA administration and COVID-19 issues was published. Wait, there’s more! On August 3rd, a judge ruled that 4 provisions of the DOL’s FFCRA regulations are not enforceable!
