With more than two decades of experience spanning operations, business development, acquisitions, and commercial strategy, Gene has built a reputation for driving measurable performance across every level of the business. His leadership philosophy centers on empowering teams, fostering collaboration between functional business units, and creating long-term value through disciplined execution.

A dynamic speaker and thought leader, Gene regularly shares insights on supply chain resilience, lean manufacturing, and the evolving role of packaging in a circular economy. His perspective is both grounded in hands-on operational expertise and elevated by a clear strategic vision for where the industry is headed.

When he’s not leading one of the Midwest’s most respected independent packaging companies, Gene can often be found mentoring emerging leaders, championing sustainability initiatives, or—true to his competitive nature—on the golf course. He enjoys traveling with his wife Megan of 32 years and has three adult daughters that reside in the Midwest.
