Grube’s previous positions with C&M Conveyor include; chief operating officer, vice president of sales and customer service, and director of field operations. Before joining C&M Conveyor, Grube was a corporate project manager for six years with Packaging Corporation of America, Lake Forest, IL, and production manager and senior project engineer for 13 years with Smurfit-Stone Container, Chicago, IL. Grube holds two degrees from the University of Kansas—a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.B.A.
