Glory1604 Is Now in North America, for the Digital Corrugated Packaging Printing Market

At Pack Expo 2017 in Las Vegas, Hanglory USA introduced to US customers Glory1604, an industrial single-pass digital corrugated press. Featured by standard CMYK four colors and maximum output speed of 150 meters/min, this printer is able to produce high-quality graphics on white, kraft and coated boards.

At the trade show, the sample unit met its buyer and was successfully installed later at a New York facility who has been a long-time leading manufacturer and distributor of pizza and bakery boxes for nationwide customers. Ever since, it has been running steadily for over two months, mostly on short and medium-run print jobs and on food packaging for tens of thousands of pizza shops.

"There is a great demand for digitally printed packages in North America, where customers are in continuous pursuit of personalization and production flexibility. Digital printing meets this trend, providing advantages such as on-demand printing, cost effectiveness and variable data printing. It is possible now for printing from one sheet and different images from sheet to sheet.” Says Alex Xu, the GM of Hanglory USA.
