Still Time to Register for the AICC 2019 Midwest (Region 6) Spring Meeting

AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, will host the 2019 Midwest (Region 6) Spring Meeting in conjunction with the Chicago TAPPI Trade Fair, Tuesday, May 7 at the Marriott Oak Brook Hotel in Oak Brook, IL.

Registered boxmakers can attend the TAPPI Trade Fair and happy hour, at no additional charge, from 3:00- 6:00 pm. Dinner will take place immediately following the happy hour and feature keynote speaker, Gene Marino, Executive Vice President, Rusken Packaging.

Gene will present on creating a road map for succession in your company. The program will hep attendees minimize the chaos and align core values, address the tough issues and misalignments along the way and define your purpose and values.

Gene is currently Executive Vice President of Rusken Packaging, Inc., a leading independent manufacturer of corrugated containers in the Southern U.S. Gene is responsible for executing the growth strategy for the company.

Most recently, was with Evolution Capital Partners as an Operating Partner and Director for Turf Ventures, Lewellyn Technology, Budco Financial Services, AXIOM Sales Force Development, Cascade Healthcare, Knowledge Center and ROI Networks. As Operating Partner, Gene assisted the portfolio company CEOs with execution of corporate strategy. Prior to Evolution, Gene was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Innerpac, a niche manufacturer of specialty packaging products, a portfolio company of Evolution Capital (2006 to 2010) and National City Equity Partners (1999-2006).
