May 30, 2019 – AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, with its cadre of expert trainers and facilitators, is bringing training to member plants with its In House Training program.

AICC, the Independent Packaging Association, offers members webinars and seminars around the country. Now AICC will bring the trainers to a members’ plant, or the location of their choosing, allowing them to train a department at one time and save significantly on training costs.

AICC will develop a course based on a company’s specific needs, create course materials, and bring industry trainers to member plants on their schedule.

With over a dozen potential trainers AICC can help HR departments learn how to keep the right people, exactitudes how to transition to a digital plant, teaches production supervisors how to implement lean manufacturing, and everything in between.

Following a training session, AICC can also provide quarterly check-ins, a class assessment, and a report as follow up 1 year after the training for companies seeking more accountability.

Fees for in house training start at $2500 per day with a minimum of a 1 ½ day program. This fee includes the instructor’s fee, course materials, and program development fees. The per day cost of In House Training allows companies to pay less than half of what they would pay to send two people to a seminar.

More information about the In House Training can be found at Questions about training and the value a well-trained workforce brings to a company can be directed to Taryn Pyle, Director of Education & Leadership Development, or Chelsea May, Education & Training Manager, or 703.836.2422.
