September 6, 2019 – The Paper and Packaging Board (P+PB) announces the appointment of Fred Towler, International Paper and Jonathan Kraft, New-Indy Containerboard by USDA Secretary Sonny Perdue for a three-year board term beginning January 2020. Towler and Kraft fill two board seats open in the South region of the country.
