A New Free Online Course for AICC Members

December 4, 2019 – AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, with the support of AICC Education Investor HP Inc., has released Digital Transformation for Corrugated Printing, a new free online course available to all AICC members.

Stephen Shannon, National Sales Manager – Americas, HP Inc., said “our industry is rapidly evolving but also disrupted by the possibilities charged by digital innovation. We are all students of change innovation and AICC’S Packaging School is a great place to learn and get the correct information needed to address and evolve your digital strategy for the future.”

Changes in consumer trends are driving brands to consider adding digital printing to their marketing strategies. Boxmakers must be in a position to respond to the decisions made by the brands. However, transitioning to digital does not happen overnight. This course will show you the workflow systems ideal for converters seeking a smooth transition to digital, some digital post-print solutions, and case studies highlighting digital conversion success stories. It’s definitely an exciting time for the digital print industry.

“Innovation in our industry includes the need to understand digital printing. AICC is pleased to add this topic to our online education course roster and appreciates HP Inc. for making it a reality. Because AICC members seek to learn all they can on a myriad of topics, I predict this will become a very popular course at AICC’s Packaging School,” said, Michael D’Angelo, President, AICC, The Independent Packaging Association.

The library of free online courses available to all AICC members has grown to over 60 with more added each month. More information about this course and all AICC online education can be found at www.AICCbox.org/packagingschool.
