Fosber launches its latest integrated roll stand and splicer
The latest addition to Fosber’s paper change solutions is the PaperLink compact roll stand and splicer unit.
The patented PaperLink is a compact machine unit that suits lower budgets. It comes in two versions, for 250 mpm splicing or 300 mpm splicing. It can also be supplied with either a standard frame of 3910mm or a slightly longer version with a frame of 4900mm. Thanks to its compact size, it reduces installation time as well as having a lower cost of transportation to the customer site.
“This compact design has reduced PaperLink's footprint not only in machine direction and machine width but also allows compatibility with much lower bridge heights, making it an ideal solution to improve paper change cycles as a retrofit on older existing corrugators,” explains Mauro Adami, Fosber’s Technical Director. “The Link M2 and the PaperLink are the ideal solutions for the Fosber C/Line corrugator and for those customers who look for Fosber precision and quality, but with a lower capital expenditure.”
