AICC Independent Safe Shop Awards

Recognizing Safety Excellence

The Independent Safe Shop Awards recognizes AICC Member Companies for outstanding performance plant safety over the last year.

All members that meet the following criteria will be recognized during the AICC 2020 Spring Meeting on Friday, April 3, 2020 during the closing general session. Members will also be recognized following the meeting via press release and on the AICC company website.

What Criteria Does My Company Have to Meet?

This award has been given to member companies that met the following criteria in 2019:

• 2019 OSHA Recordable Incident Rate is less than 3.2
• 2019 OSHA Lost Work Days Incident Rate = 0 (zero)

All rates (Recordable Incident Rate and the Lost Work Days Incident Rate) were calculated by the AICC using their signed OSHA 300A.

How Do I Apply?

Companies wishing to apply will need to submit their application and fee along with their signed 2019 OSHA 300A no later than Friday, February 28, 2020.
