Welch Acquires Tri-Lakes Container

Purchases Indiana Corrugated Company

Tri-Lakes Container, a supplier of corrugated packaging products and supplies in Pierceton, Indiana,  has joined the Welch Packaging family of businesses. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Tri-Lakes Container was started in 1990 by Bob Peter and is known for its high quality, family atmosphere, and dedicated associates. It has used its diverse equipment mix and manufacturing experience to target servicing corrugated distributors and suppliers. The company will maintain its leadership, associates, and customers while benefitting from the infrastructure, expanded product capabilities, and stable supply of corrugated material that Welch Packaging provides.

Welch Packaging is based in Elkhart, Indiana, and serves the U.S. Midwest market from 16 locations and three distribution centers with over 1,300 associates.
