How Does Your Company Stack Up?

AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, through Association Research, Inc., is collecting information from member companies for the 2020 Salary, Hourly Wage and Benefits Report.

This Survey, conducted every two years, represents the most compressive data of key employees’ salaries and benefits being paid by independent converters in the U.S. and Canada, segmented by region and plant type.

"AICC converter members need to participate in this survey in order to keep their edge. In today's tight labor market you need to know where you stand compared to your peers. Armed with valid information, you can make the right decisions to keep your team intact and to bring in new, great performers," said Michael D’Angelo, AICC President.

In the coming weeks, AICC’s independent boxmaking members will receive an invitation to participate in the survey. Companies participating in the survey will receive a free copy of the final report, regularly priced at $215 for AICC members.

Association Research, Inc., a third-party group, collects all results confidentially.
