March 25, 2020 – AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, is offering two webinars in the coming weeks: HR COVID-19 Advice & Input and Navigating CRM Options.

Independent Consultant and frequent AICC speaker Christine Walters, FiveL Company, will help members understand the latest issues impacting employers including the Family First Coronavirus Response Act, CDC Risk Assessment Guidance, and other legal issues during HR COVID-19 Advice & Input, being held Thursday, March 26 at 2:00 pm ET. This webinar is free for AICC members.

Navigating CRM Options, scheduled for Thursday, April 30, at 3:00 pm ET, will be led by Todd Zielinski, Managing Director & CEO, Athena SWC, LLC. Designed for those who considering implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) system or have one that is not being used effectively to manage the sales pipeline, this informational webinar will introduce attendees to the fundamentals of CRM systems as it relates to the sales function; arm them with information on how to introduce, implement, and maintain a CRM system; as well as provide a comparison of three popular CRM systems. This webinar is free to AICC Emerging Leaders and $100 for other AICC members.
