October 19, 2020 – AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, has opened registration for Maintenance Budget Metrics, a new webinar presented by Craig Gast, on Tuesday, November 17, at 2:00 pm EST. Proper facility maintenance is a manufacturing success factor. Aligning maintenance expenditures with the facility’s annual production and financial goals is a crucial element of that success. This webinar will equip attendees with essential tools to monitor, interpret, and act on the budget metrics. Gast, who is also the presenter for the free online course Implementing a Scheduled Maintenance Process, is returning to offer his knowledge during this live webinar. He has served as the plant engineer for both independent and integrated packaging manufacturers. Gast has more than 30 years in the industry and will share his first-hand experience to allow attendees to gain information and knowledge that can be immediately implemented. This webinar will help attendees understand what the maintenance department spends, develop a maintenance budget, and set annual goals and yearly expectations that align with the facility's production and financial goals. The webinar will also delve into essential budget metrics, how to monitor and interpret them, and then leverage these metrics to inform decisions. Registration for Maintenance Budget Metrics is $250 for members. This webinar is part of the All Access Pass. Pass holders can use their promo code to register at no additional cost. AICC members lower training costs and streamline payments with the All Access Pass. For one payment of $1,695, participating companies are given a code that all employees can use to register for every webinar scheduled through August 2021. Each company also receives a recording of each webinar. With more than 50 webinars scheduled, the All Access Pass represents a value of $12,500. Learn more at www.AICCbox.org/Pass.
