This template will help members whether they are seeking to consolidate two or more agreements into a single agreement or are seeking to capture in a single document multiple considerations to guide the business relationship between supplier and customer. It was created with members' input to help streamline language, make it more encompassing, and easier to be administered. The AICC template should serve as a starting point to craft a standardized agreement with the guidance of the members' legal counsel.
