ARC International is pleased to announce the promotion of Troy Heflin to Plant Manager at their Las Vegas facility. Throughout his 33-year tenure with ARC, Heflin has performed with excellence in nearly every aspect of crafting high-quality flexographic press components. From machining and inspecting to drawing and AutoCAD engineering rollers as well as providing technical guidance Heflin has learned exactly what’s needed to prescribe exact product specifications for each roller application.
