AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, is bringing Packaging Industry Trends - Pay for Performance in 2023, a free webinar, to members on Thursday, August 10 at 2:00 pm ET.

As everyone in the industry has seen, there have been many changes this year and there are more to come in 2024. One of the biggest changes has been in the labor market. It is critical for companies to understand salary changes in the market across different geographical areas, industries, and job levels.

A key to understanding pay positions is relevant survey data to benchmark positions and assess how much inflation and other economic factors impact the market.
