Who Should Join?

Women from all levels and backgrounds at AICC member companies who want to grow and help others develop should join the AICC Women in Packaging Group. 

Schedule Includes:

  • Monthly Zoom calls will be held  
  • In-person meetings will be scheduled during AICC's National Meetings
  • Optional group training events scheduled during AICC's National Meetings
  • Facilitator coaching will be available throughout the year.

Facilitator:

Taryn Pyle, AICC Director of Education & Talent Development 

Taryn‘s career spans 25 years in association leadership. Taryn is an empowerment coach on and off the job and a Gentle Trauma Release practitioner, speaker, author, and facilitator that cares about women and their success. Her work with women in all different industries has helped her understand the challenges women face in industries that tend to be male dominated.

 

 

 

Rules of Engagement:

The group will adopt its own specific rules of engagement beyond these non-negotiables:

  • It will operate in compliance with Antitrust Guidelines. 
  • All discussions and meeting content is confidential.
  • Participant's company’s senior manager will be informed of the participating companies. If they object, they will have the right to withdraw before the first meeting with a full refund.

How Do I Join?

  • There is no cost to join. Some events may require a registration fee, and all attendees are responsible for their own hotel and travel expenses.
  • We take confidentiality seriously. Each member must sign an agreement before joining to keep all shared information confidential.
  • Your company must be an AICC member in good standing, with all membership dues current.
