  • Prerequisite: Complete an AICC Packaging University College of Study (Customer Service, Design, Finance, HR, Leadership, Maintenance, Process Improvement, Sales)

  • Initial Kick-Off (In-Person at The Packaging School, Clemson, SC)
    • Meet your cohort and facilitator, set personal learning goals, and select courses with an advisor.
    • Attend the Clemson Corrugated Packaging Seminar (In-Person at Clemson University)
    • A 2-day deep dive into industry trends, material innovations, and packaging design.
  • Core Modules (Select Two Courses Per Module)
    • Leadership & Strategy – Corporate strategy, project management, and personal branding.
    • Operations Management – Lean manufacturing, plant layout, ERP systems, safety/OSHA compliance.
    • Marketing & Sales – Selling high-graphics and sustainable corrugated packaging solutions.
    • Finance & Business Acumen – Budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, valuation, financial statement analysis.
    • Packaging Design & Innovation – Future trends, material advancements, and sustainable solutions.
  • Certification & Capstone Project
    • Apply your knowledge to solve a real-world industry challenge and present your findings to a Board of industry leaders, AICC executives, and your company representatives.
