CEO Advisory Group

When You Have Questions, CEO Groups Have The Answers

AICC’s CEO Advisory Groups were formed as a resource for box manufacturing plant CEOs. Members of each group focus on real-world experiences, best practices, and the pitfalls to avoid. You are held accountable and helped by your peers. Connecting with other executives gives you the opportunity to see your company from an outside perspective and discuss changes that can positively impact your bottom line.

Each CEO Advisory Group:

  • MEETS at member plants throughout year to compare, contrast and learn.
  • UTILIZES an AICC-approved facilitator who coordinates meetings and moderates the discussion.
  • CONNECTS with a core of box plant CEOs who already know industry dynamics, challenges and trends.
  • MAINTAINS confidentiality. You can attend with confidence and your confidential information is never compromised.
  • EXPLORES fundamental business strategies from day-to-day operations; marketing; recruiting and retaining talented employees; accelerating innovation; and maximizing profitability.
  • CREATES a strong support network with management development benefiting the entire group.
  • ALLOWS CEOs to share personal issues without jeopardizing their role as a leader.

AICC is committed to developing the strongest CEO Advisory Groups. We will work diligently to find the right fit for your expertise and business. The speed at which groups are formed depends upon the number of applications received. Prior to being accepted to an AICC CEO Advisory Group, an AICC representative will contact you personally. All AICC sponsored groups are required to follow Antitrust Guidelines.
