What Are Leadership Groups? 

Leaders in an AICC member companies face challenges that many others do not comprehend—the pressure to succeed, to make the right decisions, and to create a positive future for yourself, and the company. Leadership Advisory Groups address its members’ specific needs for connection, education, and discreet communication. 

Each leadership advisory group:

  • Meets on dates adjacent to AICC’s two National Meetings. The group will meet at least one additional time at a location that offers education and recreation to the members.
  •  Maintains confidentiality, you can attend with confidence and your private information is never compromised.
  • Explores topics of mutual interest for leadership development and awareness of industry trends.
  • Creates a strong support network with continued leadership development benefiting the entire group.
  • Allows members to share personal goals and issues for insight and accountability to speed progress.

 

Rules & Expectations:

  • There is no cost to apply. If accepted in a group, a membership fee of $1,800 every year. This fee covers three meetings a year. Travel, other registration fees, and expenses are on your own.
  • You must commit to participate for at least two years.
  • We take confidentiality very seriously. Each member must sign an agreement before joining to keep all shared information confidential.
  • Your company must be an AICC member in good standing, with all membership dues current.
  • All AICC sponsored groups are required to follow Anti-Trust Guidelines. 

 

Facilitator:

Facilitated by Scott Ellis, Principal, Working Well, LLC, each group offers participants the opportunity to confide in others, share ideas, and receive honest feedback.

Scott has served as a resource for development of individuals, teams, and organizations as a consultant, teacher, psychotherapist, coach, and general manager. He is a leadership and process improvement specialist who serves on AICC’s faculty to assist in building Packaging School curriculum. His pragmatic approach is focused on making it easy to do the right things right.

 

How Do I Join?
