AICC is pleased to present its 13th Sales Compensation Report. This survey was conducted during 2023 and updates the most comprehensive survey of key sales compensation and benefits being paid by independent corrugator plants and independent sheet plants in the United States. The new questions regarding the COVID-19 pandemic that were added to the 2021 survey were modified for this year’s survey to get an update on how companies and sales employees are continuing to handle the situation post-COVID.

This report is based on data from 75 independent corrugator and sheet plants. These companies employ more than 8,300 full-time employees spread across all U.S. regions. In aggregate, these plants sold approximately $3.9 billion of corrugated products in 2022. All responses to this survey were collected and compiled by Association Research, Inc. [Ijamsville, Maryland] and have been held in strictest confidence.
